What is your return policy?
Our handbags are custom made, not mass-produced.  In the unlikely event that you discover a manufacturing defect on an unused item, it can be exchanged within seven (7) days of receipt. You need to send your bag back in it's original packaging.  Please call us to make arrangements for a return shipment at (248) 656-3127.

What is your privacy policy?
We do not share or sell you personal information to any individuals or other companies.  The information that you provide is only used to process your order.

How do you ship?
All orders are shipped ground via FedEx or UPS.  Call 248-656-3127 Monday -Friday 9:00am to 7:00pm EST to arrange for express shipping.

In-stock items ship immediately.  We will inform you immediately if an item must be back-ordered.
